Get those suitcases ready because it's almost time to join your transportation law colleagues in Orlando, Fla., for TLA's 80th Annual Conference! Here's a reminder of the general dress code for the conference as well as any special attire required for each event. Also be sure to check out the Wednesday Dine Around details - it's new this year!

1. CLE Sessions - The Annual Conference attire is typically business casual. Accuweather.com forecasts weather in Orlando during the week we are there with highs in the mid-80s and lows also in the mid-80s. Be sure to bring a light jacket or sweater, as hotel conference rooms are notoriously cool.
2. Welcome Reception -  On Wednesday night, we're bringing Puerto Rico to you with this energetic get-together kicking off the conference, before the Dine Around.
3. Wednesday Night Dine Around - We know you've traveled all day so we want to make getting dinner with your colleagues and families easy. We've secured reservations at three on-property restaurants. PLEASE NOTE:   Sign-ups for Wednesday's Dine Around close on Wednesday, Apr. 18, 2018. You will not be able to be added to the Dine Around after that date. This allows the restaurants to adequately prepare for our group. You will be contacted by the restaurants to hold your seat with a credit card, once you submit your sign-up . 4. 80th Anniversary Member Celebration - Come dressed in white for our reception and dinner, celebrating our 80-year history. It's sure to be a night to remember.
5. Annual Banquet - this time-honored event, a reception and dinner, will bring all of our attendees, members and their families together to recognize our leadership and distinguished members. Bring your black tie and palm prints for this tropical black tie event. If you registered for the full conference or included a guest registration, your attendance at the Annual Banquet is included.
