Food Ministry Casserole Making Event will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall. The Food Ministry Group will gather to prepare and freeze casseroles that will be used for those who have loved ones in the hospital, or in hospice, or who has died. If you are interested in helping with this ministry, please plan to be at Christ Church on April 21st. If you cannot attend on the 21st, but are interested in being on the Food Ministry, please email the
church office.

Parish Retreat at Honey Creek
will be held May 25 - 27, 2018. Lodge rooms are $178 for weekend, Meal plan is $63 per person (8 and over) for 3 meals on Saturday and 2 meals on Sunday. Scholarships will cover of all children who attend the Parish Retreat. Please contact the church office if you would like to make a reservation. Checks need to be sent to the church office not Honey Creek (please denote for Parish Retreat). Deadline to sign up is: May 10, 2018

Dominican Auction and Dinner

Time is short! There are only 2 weeks until we have to turn in the number of attendees to the caterer. Purchase your tickets for the Dominican Night Dinner and Auction to raise funds for the 2018 mission "Go Team" projects and scholarships for the DR children. The dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. on May 3 at the Cotton Corner, 101 N. Ashley Street, downtown Valdosta. There are only 104 tickets available for this event because of space limitations. No tickets are sold at the door.
Tickets at $25 are available at the 11:00 coffee hour on Sundays in the Parish Hall or in the church office during regular office hours. Free childcare and dinner will be available at the Gabard Building beginning at 5:30. Please contact
Millie Johnson about childcare.
If you have treasures you want to donate for the auction, please call or email Julia Ariail by April 26.
