I recently visited Sedona and the energy of Sedona is welcoming us with open arms! Amazing gifts are manifesting for our retreat. Over the last couple of months, I have done a few radio and internet video shows. It has been a lot of fun and the response has been wonderful. There are more coming up, so I will let you know as the dates get closer. Your support and love is deeply appreciated.
Currently, I am in Los Angeles working and it is really nice to be back here seeing clients. Heading back home to Montana soon where I hear it is snowing right now!

SPRING RITUAL
Visualize a place in nature that you really love. Surround yourself with
golden light and see yourself fully there. Feel the spaciousness that only Gaia can give you. Take some deep breaths and soak the energy into your bones. You may want to see and feel yourself laying down on the earth. Allow your entire body to accept the love that Gaia gives us. Take 8 breaths filling your body up and releasing the past. Before you leave this special place, visually plant a bulb and for the next 8 weeks go back and watch it grow. So be it!
