Big Announcement!

Hello again to my favorite clients, friends and followers!  Since the last newsletter, I have an exciting announcement.

I, along with my sales team at Your Castle Summit, will be working with Seasons Development Group to sell new construction condos in Keystone.  The project is "The New Seasons at Keystone," and will offer one, two, and three bedroom condos with pre-construction prices starting at $385,000!  These are the first condo units to be built since 2002! The Summit County Real Estate market remains strong in large part due to high demand and limited inventory.  In the lower price sectors, properties are moving quickly and multiple offers are common.

Average Days on Market: 61
Median Days on Market: 26
Sale to List Ratio: 98%

Average Price Per Square Foot for sales in 2018 so far:  $458
Average Single Family Home Price:  $1,070,000
Average Multi Family Home Price:  $565,000
