Members of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance will provide an overview of some of the key rules and recent developments in consumer product safety in their jurisdictions. Following a status report from each of the US, Canada, and Mexico, our speakers will discuss issues including: coordinating multi-jurisdictional recalls; cross-border enforcement efforts; and regulatory harmonization on various voluntary and prescribed standard issues, including issues raised by new and emerging technology.
