Wow, where did the time go?  This month marks our 15th anniversary building custom homes in coastal Delaware.  Interestingly,  we recently uncovered research (based on US Census data) finding that only 36% of home builders survive for even five years.  We are proud to announce our success and pleased to tell you that we are stronger than ever.

318 Munson Street in Country Club Estates in downtown Rehoboth was an interesting project.  Built as a spec home for an investor/partner, the home sold 3 months prior to completion!  The happy buyers are in and prepping for summer in their new home!  Our partner to make a nice profit  while providing a great value for the happy buyers.  Win/win!
