The Athens Community Council on Aging (ACCA) is  gearing up for an exciting event celebrating their Meals on Wheels program throughout the entire month of March, with a 5K held on March 28th  at Creature Comforts!

The North Oconee Rotary Club will be hosting a Human Trafficking Awareness Forum this Thursday! This is a free event intended to help  educate our community on this very important issue.

 

The Georgia United Credit Union    just started their free Income Tax Prep Course at their Gaines School Road branch. This is their 15th year of partnering with the UGA FACS students to provide this VITA program.

The Georgia Technology Student Association will be hosting their State Leadership Conference at the Classic Center March 12-13 and will need approximately 250 volunteers to serve as competitive event judges.
