SCOOP Some Soup
Victory Centre of Bartlettwarmed the hearts and bellies of local fire and police department personnel when they hosted a hearty soup lunch for them in appreciation for keeping residents safe and sound year-round. We're happy to pay it forward!
To start the new decade off right, residents and team members created vision boards for 2020 to help them visualize the life they want to lead in the coming year. Positive words and inspirational sayings reinforce their desire for health, creativity and exploration among other things.
These boards are displayed in the communities as reminders to work toward and achieve their collective hopes, dreams and goals.
Join us for dinner and a night of fun, entertainment and gaming as we celebrate Victory Centre of Galewood's anniversary! It’s a perfect opportunity to check out Galewood’s affordable, life-enriching assisted living community to see if it could be a good fit for yourself or a loved one.
Wednesday, February 19, 4-7pm

Hugging is Good Medicine
Celebrated every January 21st, National Hugging Day encourages everyone to hug family and friends more often. Hugs help people bond, combat loneliness and reduce stress. Before going in for the big embrace, remember to ask first if you’re not sure how someone will respond to a spontaneous hug.
Jenny and Melissa help bring the award-winning VIVA! lifestyle to life in their communities everyday through engaging and meaningful programming, social activities and outings and by inspiring residents to pursue what brings them joy and purpose.
