Groundbreaking on the beautiful new home we are building in North Shores has been pushed back to September, giving us a couple of unexpected summer time slots for new construction or renovation projects.
Help us fill one of those spots and earned an incentive of
4% of the contract amount, payable when the client funds their initial construction deposit! We have also lowered our minimum renovation to $50,000 for the summer of 2018.
Projects must start no later than August 1, 2018 to be eligible for this enhanced incentive (later projects will still earn our normal incentive rate).
