Food:
Learn the kitchen
with Chef Ari Budnick (for more information read his bio at

) and experience real food, raw, vegan, sprouting, dehydrating and much more. He will be teaching awesome cooked dishes during FFF&W. We will have pies, fruit ‘ice cream’ and dishes beyond your imagination.
Fun:
Swimming at the lake
, an afternoon canoe/kayak river trip, see a Branson Show, “make your own” HeartLand T-Shirt, movie night with organic locally grown popcorn, and more.
Forgiveness:
Evening Healing Workshops
based in the Aramaic and Saturday StillPoint Breathing facilitated by dr. michael ryce and team. Experience additional wake-up sheet classes facilitated by Julie Haverstick and end the intensive with an Angel Wash facilitated by Jeanie Ryce.
Work:
Daytime work projects
on the property as a team. Approximately 5 hours per day supporting and nurturing HeartLand and giving back to this work while creating community among participants. Let us know of your special skills.

How can we support your healing process? We will send a packing list but, in addition, bring any tools you have too if you can.

Julie Haverstick offers to mentor / process with the first 8 registered participants in a 1-1/2 hour session per week for 10 weeks beginning in January 2018. She is donating her time (this is a $1,200 value). Then she will encourage each of these 8 people to “Pay It Forward” by mentoring others in their process. By the time FFFW begins everyone will have had approximately 20 weeks of support or supporting. It will be fun to get acquainted and be energetically connected before FFF&W which lends to a powerful intensive program. Julie requests that every participant do 2 wake-up sheets a day on your own to keep the growth energy flowing.

- June 29 - July 7 - 9-day Women Healing Women (same time as the Why?)
- June 29 - July 7 - 9-day Why Again?! Intensives
- July 7 - 15 - 9-day Teachers' Training (prerequisite is the 9-day Why or WHW)
- July 17 – July 20 - 3 Day Personal Code Evaluation Training
- July 20 - August 4 - Laws of Living
NOTE: WE have cancelled the previously scheduled August intensives for Intuitive Development and ACIM
