Creative Journaling

Want to keep a journal, but the work and commitment seems too overwhelming? Getting your thoughts and feelings on paper, in a creative way through visual journaling, helps process thoughts, emotions and the way you see the world. In this interactive workshop you’ll discover how to express yourself in words, sketches and collages for deeper understanding.

Co-Taught with Creative Bliss Therapy 

Creative Bliss Therapy uses Art Therapy and the creative process to promote healing and well-being for people to find their bliss.

They exist to serve all individuals, groups, and communities through Art Therapy services. Utilizing the creative arts for healing and self-expression rests on a foundational respect for embracing the authenticity and diversity of those we serve. We are deeply committed to celebrating diversity and providing a safe space for individuals in oppressed and marginalized groups to heal and fully express their full and authentic selves. We eagerly and whole-heartedly stand in solidarity with Black Lives Matter, all indigenous peoples, the LGBTQIA community, and all oppressed and marginalized individuals and groups in our community, state, Nation, and world.

Classes are $35 each and include a workbook and badge.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

Tickets are nonrefundable; however they are transferable to someone else if you can't make it to class.
