NATIONAL RUNNING DAY is June 6. People across the United States participate in National Running Day. This day was designated as a day for runners to reaffirm their passion for running. It is also a good day for beginners to begin a life-changing commitment to running.

Dr. Erica Heitman to Lead DocWalk on Monday!
Next week, Erica Heitman will be our doctor for the DocWalk! She is a maternal-fetal physician at TMCObstetrics and has received extensive education and training in order to take the best care of you and your baby. She will oversee your pregnancy, develop your prenatal plan and perform your delivery.



Summer Specials at MMM!
These are the changes in the specials for MMM.  Drink specials don't change, and we still have the beer and sandwich special for $10. But we will no longer have pizza or other happy hour food after 6:00pm  through the summer. And Maynards Kitchen will not be open on Mondays during the summer months.


St. Mary's Cereal Drive Continues!

Got Cereal?
This month, St. Mary's Hospital is holding a cereal drive (runs through June 4!) to benefit the Community Food Bank! Bring cereal along (or money for cereal- either works!) with you during the next few weeks, and let's help St. Mary's help our community!


Hotel Congress Turns 100!
Everyone has made a Hotel Congress story, and the memorable moments at the hotel are part of the reason why it is so important for Tucson to recognize and honor this important institution! In 2019, the hotel celebrates a historic birthday, and we can't wait to celebrate with them.
