Cantor Einhorn will be retiring in 2020. We need your help to tell stories for his celebration. If you or a family member was a Bar/Bat Mitzvah between August 1983-2019, send a scanned photo of you and the cantor with the date and a short paragraph remembering the day. Send scanned photos to Sue Misselbeck or drop off at the Reception desk attention of Sue.

Open House
Monday, May 6;  dinner at 5:45 p.m. followed by  informational sessions and class visits from 6:45 - 8:30 p.m.
Join us for The Tent's Open House for prospective families. The Tent is a community school, where teens gather on Monday nights for dinner and electives taught by exceptional staff and clergy in student-selected topics. It is open to all 8-12th graders at Temple Israel, other partner synagogues, and independent families.  Both parents and kids are encouraged to attend. RSVP.

Join us for a special opportunity to celebrate Rabbi Soffer and wish him and his family farewell as they prepare to leave Temple Israel and begin their new journey in Durham, North Carolina. There will be a taco pre-neg for Religious School families and for the Village for Families with Young Children to make cards for Rabbi Soffer. Read more.
