May 15th is Employee Health and Fitness Day, and we want to celebrate YOU for the entire WEEK! Fitness at SPS Tower will be celebrating Employee Health and Fitness Week with a variety of activities, promotions, giveaways, and prizes just for making your health a priority!

There's no fee or catch - only opportunities for fun, prizes, and building healthy habits so mark your calendars!

Bags League

Mark your calendars and claim your partner because Bags League is BACK!

Join this fun summer league to meet new people, cheer on your co-workers, and move your body!

Bags League will start the first week of June and run for 15 weeks. Teams will play one 20 minute game weekly during regular season play followed by a two week tournament. Winners will receive a cash prize.

Is Minnesota State Fair fried cheese curds, Oreo's, and chicken wings your weekend food choices?! The body may be deficient in calcium.
