In two weeks, Wisconsin will be hosting the  International Cheese Tech Expo (ICTE) from April 17-18 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee. Over 3,400 industry professionals from around the world will be in attendance - all cheesemaker proud. Among them will be a small group breaking bread, and new ground, to further connect the transfer of technology and knowledge for the commercialization of better food solutions and applications. We're defining better as cleaner, closer, smarter, safer, bolder, better.

 

FaB Wisconsin is proud to be hosting a private dinner and discussion among industry leaders, with UW-Madison's Center for Dairy Research and Meat Science College of Agriculture & Life Sciences, and the  Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and taking in next-day tours of ICTE compliments of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. We're better together.

P.S. - And later this week, Wisconsin will be hosting United Nations (UN) representatives to provide businesses with critical information and engage in individual meetings with some focus on food services, agriculture, and topics of importance to all industries.
