Dear Friends & Partners,

Greetings in Jesus' name!

Easter is traditionally celebrated on the weekend closest to the actual date of Jesus' death and resurrection.  For almost 2,000 years the exact dates of Easter were not known.  Information hidden in the archives in both Israel and the Vatican came to light in the late 1980's astoundingly disclosing the correct dates of Easter to us.

Today the church is largely unanimous regarding the integrity of these dates.  It is proven that Palm Sunday (Luke 19) took place on Sunday, April 6, A.D. 32.  Five days later on Friday April 11, Jesus was crucified.  By the time they laid Him in the tomb that evening, the second day of His death had already begun since the Jewish day commences at sundown at 6:00 PM.  Jesus rose from the dead on or during the third day of His death at 3:00 AM in the morning which was Sunday, April 13, the day of the Feast of First Fruits.  Jesus fulfilled the feast by becoming the First Fruit of salvation born from the dead.

Traditionally, counting 40 days  from the resurrection brings us to the day of Jesus' ascension from the Mount of Olives, which was on Thursday, May 22.   Ten days later the well-known miraculous day of Pentecost took place in Jerusalem.  On this day, day 50 of the resurrection of Jesus, the Holy Spirit was poured out and the church was born.  This first day of the Feast of Pentecost just so happened to fall on a Sunday, June 1.

As such, today is the actual day of the Lord's death which means that Friday, April 13 is the actual day of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thank God for what Jesus did for us.  Hallelujah!

HAPPY EASTER EVERYBODY!

God bless,
