CERTIFIED ASIA SPECIALIST PROGRAM
Royal Scenic has launched the completely revamped 2017 CAS program to help travel agents to become a specialist of Asia. The course continues to focus on key destinations and many airline carriers that service routes from Canada to Asia destinations.
Here are aims of CAS program:
- To educate the Canadian travel agent community on unique value propositions, features and benefits of key destinations in Asia
- To enable the Certified Asia Specialist to effectively sell tour products to Asia, thereby increasing outbound leisure, incentive and corporate travel from Canada to Asia
- To contribute to the effectiveness of the travel profession and to exceed end-user consumer expectations
In additional to knowledge gained, travel agents who reach certification status can obtain 12 ACTA-approved credits towards CTC certification and enjoy a suite of benefits exclusive to CAS agents.
One such benefit is reduced pricing on FAM trips organized by Royal Scenic to Asia.
