What's In a Brand?
As a broker, you deal with different company brands all the time. Does a brand's reputation affect how you sell their product or how you sell a product to them? What is a brand? Is it a goal a company strives to achieve or just a nice story made up by an ad agency?

At  Delta Dental of Colorado, our brand is the promise we work to keep with our members every day. It's the promise that we will continue to deliver the highest quality dental plans with the best value. It's the commitment to our mission of improving the oral health of the communities we serve. It's the work we do to make sure we know what is going on in the dental industry to stay ahead of the curve. It's the assurance that when any of our stakeholders -- members, providers, employers, and brokers -- call us, they will get a friendly, knowledgeable person on the line who will help solve any problem or answer any question to the best of their ability. It's our hope that by continually working to expand access to dental care for all Coloradans, healthier smiles will contribute to a healthier state.
