Each player has been assigned to a Team.
Please refer to the lists below for your Team Assignment AND ARRIVAL TIMES.

To Register:
Drop off your player at the Main Gate registration desk.
Parents are not to come to registration desk (only player is allowed).
Once player is dropped off for registration, Parents should proceed to parking lots.
For use of the restroom - ONLY ONE PERSON ALLOWED AT A TIME (no exceptions).

Players (please wear mask) will receive a GO YARD shirt at registration. You are Required to wear the GO YARD shirt throughout the Event, including games.

White shirts are 1 (ONE) Position ONLY.
Grey shirts for Pitcher “Only” (PO’s). 
**Blue shirts are 2-Way Players (and have paid extra for this)**.

Bat Type: BBCOR 

Shoe Type: Baseball Spikes

Players must bring their own individually labeled thermos. No sharing of food or drink is allowed - no water bottles allowed (no exceptions).



SAFETY FIRST!!!

1. Please do a thorough safety check and disinfect all your equipment prior to leaving for the field and again immediately upon arrival to the field.

2. ONE hitter on deck. ONE hitter in the hole -
NO EXCEPTIONS

3. Helmets are to be worn at all times when batting on-deck. (BP & Game)
NO EXCEPTIONS

4. Athletic Cups are to be worn at all times.
NO EXCEPTIONS

5. If you see anything on or near the field that is potentially un-safe please say something immediately.

6. To avoid foul balls hitting your automobile, please park as far away from the field as possible.

7. When viewing the on-field activities, please be aware of and on the look out at all times for foul balls.
Foul balls are a part of baseball so position yourselves accordingly.

8. Young children should be supervised by at least one adult at all times. Please be aware that Clove Rd. is a busy street therefore, children should always be accompanied by a parent.

10. NO SEEDS, NO CHEWING TOBACCO, NO GUM.

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, the schedule is set and we can not make any team adjustments or switch players.

Each Prime Fall participant benefits from a more favorable coach to player ratio because
All activities will be conducted on “ONE” field and in multiple shifts.

Each player will participate with their respective team for one shift.

A shift consists of the following:
On-field Batting Practice
Infield/Outfield Drill
Measurables
“GO-LIVE” Game
Social Media Coverage
Live Streaming (YouTube Channel - goyard baseball)

ALL PITCHERS WILL PERFORM IN A “GO-LIVE” GAME FOR ONE INNING (4 BATTERS), ON MOUND, IN FRONT OF ALL ATTENDING COLLEGE COACHES AND LIVE STREAMING TO D1 COACHES & ALL DIVISIONS.

Health Monitoring:
Daily self-evaluated wellness screenings need to be completed by all guests and event attendees prior to entering the venue. Guests experiencing ‘COVID-19’ symptoms while traveling should contact a local health care facility immediately and are not permitted to attend the event.

Hand Washing:
We recommend everyone wash his or her hands often, and when soap; and water is not available, please utilize hand sanitizer.

Social Distancing:
Please maintain at least six feet between you and others.

Pre-Game:
Baseballs will be designated to each team.

College Coaches:
College coaches are recommended to wear masks.
College coaches will stand/sit six feet apart from each other in the designated areas.

Umpires:
Umpire will be positioned at least six feet behind the pitcher

Fans:
Fans are recommended to wear masks:
Attendance will be limited to household members of the registered players. Fans must keep; six feet of social distancing between household units.
Fans must sit in the designated fan seating/standing areas. No one is allowed in the 1st 4 Rows of the Bleachers.

Players:
Players must wear a mask upon entry.
Must use their own equipment: gloves, helmets, bats, INCLUDING Catching gear.
No sharing of any equipment is allowed. No exceptions.
Use of dugouts is permitted but cannot exceed 4 players at one time.
Remaining players must line up; along the fence toward the outfield and keep; six feet apart.
Players will have designated spots to place their personal items.
Sunflower seeds, spitting, gum, licking fingers and chewing tobacco are prohibited.

Staff:
Staff members are required to wear masks.
Staff are to sit/stand in designated areas
Staff are to sanitize the dugouts with, sanitation sprayer in between activities
Staff are the sanitize spray games baseballs frequently.

Sportsmanship:
Post game, in game, pre-game handshakes, high 5’S, OR ANY’ physical interaction with other players is prohibited.

Sessions:
Each session will be provided designated areas for player warm-up’s that provide for necessary social distancing.
When sessions end, the dugouts will be sanitized with the sensitization sprayer. Fans and players must leave the playing area and return to their cars immediately after the session.
The players in the next session must remain in their designated warm up; area until the prior session players have finished sanitizing and are completely out of the dugout.

Food And Beverage:
All attendees must bring their own water/beverage to consume during and after all activities. No shared drinking of any sort.
Bring your own named thermos. NO WATER BOTTLES JUST NAMED INDIVIDUAL THERMOS WILL BE ALLOWED (no exceptions).

All updates, if any, will be communicated to participants in advance of the event.
