Springfield Health Equity Report
On Monday, April 29th, we released our Springfield Health Equity Report: Looking at Health through Race and Ethnicity . The report comes five years since our initial Springfield Health Equity Report in 2014 and highlights health inequities from a racial and ethnic perspective.
 
The data covers health indicators such as prenatal care, asthma, and mental health

Let's make Springfield an "Age-Friendly" City!
Please join us on Thursday, June 13th for the Age-Friendly Community Summit organized by Live Well Springfield to review the findings from housing and transportation assessment conducted and to share recommendations for an Age-Friendly Springfield. The summit will also highlight collaborative effort in the city for an Age-Friendly Hospital and Dementia Friendly Community.

Please join Springfield Partners for Community Action for the Western Massachusetts release of the Tufts Health Foundation Community Health Profile . The Healthy Aging Data Report is designed to help residents, agencies, providers and governments understand the older adults who live in their cities and towns – their ages, living arrangements, health status, strengths and vulnerabilities.
