It’s me again, your Membership Manager at NPCC. We have some very exciting news! As of April 15th, Lamb Insurance Services is our new Member Vendor Partner ( MVP ) and program administrator for our insurance services.

What does this mean?
It means that Alliant (formerly Crystal & Co.) is no longer your point of contact for NPCC’s Directors & Officers (D&O), General or Cyber Liability insurance. It also means that we’ve streamlined our insurance offerings and consolidated them all within one company. Now you can get Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and General Liability (including General, Professional, and Abuse and Molestation coverage) in one place. You will now be able to see the full listing of insurance offerings from one vendor, which means you can pick and choose or bundle them all together!

So we’ll get more stuff?
YES! As previously announced, Philadelphia Indemnity Company (AM Best A++, XV) has replaced Hiscox Insurance Company as the NPCC D&O insurance carrier. We will work together to make this transition as easy as possible so be on the lookout for future communications regarding your D&O program enhancements. That’s not all! We are now proud to offer these additional insurance products: Crime, Fiduciary Liability, Cyber Liability, and Workers’ Compensation - all in one place!

Who is Lamb Insurance Services?
Lamb is our newest Member Vendor Partner! They are also the largest nonprofit insurance broker in the country. Lamb’s position is unique because they are dedicated EXCLUSIVELY to serving nonprofit and social service organizations, and have been for over 10 years. Our missions are much aligned, and Lamb looks forward to working with our NPCC members!

But I’m already in the renewal process with Alliant! What do I do?
Alliant has been working with our members whose D&O insurance is currently renewing to obtain new coverage through Philadelphia Indemnity Company. If your organization is in the midst of this process with Alliant, please reach out to me to discuss next steps. We want to make sure you are receiving ALL of your benefits and remain in the same program that you know and love.

But I already renewed with Alliant this year!
Just give us a call and we’ll help! We’ll check to make sure you are getting the right benefits and are in the right program. You can always get information for our new offerings!
