It’s no secret that being active and eating well-balanced meals are both excellent ways to maintain good health. Unfortunately, with work and family responsibilities, it can be difficult to find time to exercise and to prepare healthy meals. For some families with older children, it’s rare for everyone to be at home-and at the same time-for dinner! But with a little planning-and now that our Wisconsin weather is finally turning warmer-families can make exercising together a frequent activity.
