Attendees at the 23rd World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems in Melbourne, Australia received an up-close look at the iCITE™ Data Aggregator DA-300 that provides cost effective remote access to real-time performance measures and traffic data from any isolated or networked intersection or arterial roadway. It easily interfaces with any make or model of traffic cabinet or controller to provide real-time traffic counts and parsed data that can be used to derive a variety of data analytics that include levels of service, vehicle occupancy, arrivals on red and high-density detector data.

For more information regarding iCITE™ Data Aggregator DA-300, please contact your Eberle Design Inc. (EDI) or Reno A&E (RAE) Authorized Reseller or call +1.602.437.1955.

renowebinarReno A&E Presents Webinar on Bicycle Detection & Vehicle Differentiation Using Prefabricated Loops

Please join us on Tuesday, October 18th at 8 a.m. PDT / 11 a.m. EDT for an informative 45-minute webinar on the Reno A&E Bicycle Detection & Vehicle Differentiation System that combines a C-series inductive loop detector, using enhanced / patented algorithms and prefabricated inductive loops for new and upgraded intersections. Many states now require bicycle detection in signalized intersections and RAE loop detectors (model C-1101-B and model C-1201-B) identify all vehicles, including the ability to differentiate bicycles from all other vehicles, which includes scooters and motorcycles.

Co-presented by Reno A&E Sales Manager, Matt Zinn, and Technical and Applications Sales Specialist, Tom Sutula, this webinar will illustrate how the system performs and how traffic engineering professionals can benefit by detecting and providing safe passage time for bicycles, without compromising operational efficiency of the intersection.  IMSA TARP points will be available.
