As a bidder of a government contract, you are entitled to find out why you didn't receive the award or, if you won, find out how well you did in comparison to other bidders. A debriefing is a valuable opportunity to help you learn to prepare more successful proposals in the future.

A competitor wins a contract that you feel you should have won based on price. What can a small business do that has submitted a bid on that opportunity? In this informative article, Max guides readers through the process for protesting and gives guidelines for those interested.  Read more about this clause allowing companies who have good reason, to object to the awarding of a contract to protest, if they are an interested party .

This is an incredible story about a very successful company that did not see the future - although it was staring it in the face - and how that lack of vision decimated a community.
