CHURCH DELEGATE REGISTRATION:  If you are a church Moderator or Clerk, please complete all information needed for the moderator and clerk as well as for each delegate. Place your name in the certification section to verify your delegates.

If needed, changing or replacing Delegates can be done at a later date by calling the District office (717.367.4730) or by email to kbernstein@ane-cob.org.

Unsure of the number of Delegates allowed for your congregation?  Click HERE.

We must have all delegates registered for each congregation by July 1.

Before proceeding, you will need:  Name, email (or address), Lunch & Learn selection (if any), childcare needs and language preference for each person you are registering.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION:  Please complete your information and select the Non-Delegate option.  If you are registering as a delegate for your church, please contact your church to verify that you are to register separately before completing this registration process.

**All attendeees of this public event could be featured in photographs, live webcasts and video/audio recordings of this District Conference. If for any reason a minor would not like to appear in the conference coverage, please call the District Office at (717) 367-4730.

Delegate:  $30 until July 1, $35 from July 2- September 15, $40 Day of Conference
Non Delegate: $30 until September 15, $40 Day of Conference
