As is well-known, our Rabbis tell us that before the Days of Awe it is an opportune time to donate charity to the poor and support other worthy causes, most notably, Torah study. These merits will accompany us on the day of judgment. You can donate in any of the following ways:

1- Help struggling families for Yom tov  by making a check to the Kollel and writing "Yom Tov Fund" in the memo or  donate online here ( Please
 write "Yom Tov Fund" in the description box )
2- Help struggling families for Yom tov by making a check to Chasdei Eliyahu or Matan B'seser and send it to the Kollel (Attn: Rabbi Zeffren)

Yomim Noraim Seat Signup
You can sign up for Yomim Noraim seating at the Kollel by visiting  www.phillykollel.org  and choosing the "Yomim Noraim 5778" tab or follow the link at the bottom of this item.
Please note: As in past years, the seating for women will be on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to accommodate as many people as possible, we will not be reserving seats. There should be enough room for everyone with comfortable seating. In the event that you have special circumstances that require you to have a specific seat reserved for you, please let us know in the comment box below and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Rosh Hashanah Memorial Scroll Program
Earn merits before the Yomim Noraim towards being inscribed for a happy sweet new year by supporting the Kollel's ongoing Torah study, shiurim and programs for men and women of all ages in our community. 
A Memorial Scroll will be displayed over the High Holidays on our digital donor board located in our front lobby. 
For a donation of $100, you can memorialize a loved one on these holy days.

In an effort to capitalize on the auspicious time of Elul, the Rosh Kollel delivers a 5-minute shiur before maariv each night. The shiur offers practical insights into perfecting our avodas Hashem and  takes place  in the Beis Medrash from 9:50-9:55.

Unclaimed items left in the Kollel for longer than 30 days will be disposed of.
We have launched a Lost and Found Page to help people become aware of lost items.  Periodically, we will post on this page photos of items that are found in the Kollel facility or at Kollel events.  Please look at the items and let us know if any of them are yours at [email protected].  (Please hover over each picture to read further details about the item/s in question.
In addition to this page, there is a Lost and Found box by the coat rack at the back door.
