DDD Health and Safety Resources for Providers and Caregivers

The Division is committed to ensuring the safety and health of the individuals we serve. This begins by ensuring that providers and caregivers have access to quality resources that can inform and educate them about health-related issues that can affect individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Below are a number of health and safety bulletins available on the Division’s website, and three health and safety videos available on the Department of Human Services YouTube page.

In addition, the Division’s Olmstead Resource Team (ORT) conducts monthly workshops in the Freehold Office and has staff available to conduct on-site training for agencies. The ORT also has staff available to customize supports for agencies. The ORT training is offered to agencies at no cost and training staff consists of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Speech-Language Pathologists.
