I just want to thank you for reaching out to us with CDS. I have always trusted your judgment and you have not failed me once. I am glad that you found this company and you seem to be very happy there and in return we have benefited from a trustworthy company. We are not a big company and have always preferred smaller companies alike to do business with. I myself will not be pushed into anything and I appreciate the fact that there is no hard sell involved with CDS.
When our file server went down, I called your company since we had originally elected to go with the prepaid block of time. Mike Martinez was sent over here after a brief call from him, he got here within 20 minutes which I did not expect. I had thought that this was it, we lost everything and Mike saved the day.
I am not one to really give praise, but I really want to give credit to Mike. He was very knowledgeable in finding a solution to our problem. He tried several things to see how it happened. The corrupted file was a transaction file that goes throughout the whole program and without being able to open that file nothing worked at all. I was in panic mode because the person we had, closed his company and the owner of the program is no longer around.
Mike was determined to get this up and working again somehow. He found a fix on line that actually fixes Fox Pro errors at a cost of $27.00 for the download which Mike did after talking with me about it and for that amount I had to take the chance. After several tweaks the whole system came back up and we lost nothing. He had me check the program to make sure I could get into everything before he left. IT WAS ALL THERE!!!
If Mike as well as yourself are any indication of the many people you have working at your company this will always be a win win for customers. I just had to thank you again for showing me what you had to offer at CDS as well as having no high pressure sales pitch. I truly believe that the person who you are dealing with first, you either like them or you don't. I am relieved that we now have a full service company that will be looking out for us.
I signed the MNS contract with CDS and look forward to a favorable relationship with you all.
