Gentle Yoga: Deep Peace and Rejuvenation
Sarah Weber / Yoga Studio, Yoga Teacher
Yoga poses use the physical body as a gateway to gain access to the mind and ultimately, the spirit, and seek to create union among all aspects of ourselves.  By learning to embody ourselves more fully through yoga, we  have  the opportunity to experience a deep sense of rejuvenation and peace. During this time, we will move through gentle poses to help facilitate a calmer nervous system and greater awareness of our breath.  This session is accessible to all ages, fitness levels, & physical conditions.

Sarah Weber is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT).  She believes in the transformative power of the classical 8-limbed path of yoga. Having explored other methods of yoga, Sarah has found the Iyengar method to be the most nourishing (curious to know more about this method?  Visit www.IYNAUS.org). Sarah seeks to create a safe and inviting space for students to explore their potential and connect with an inner sense of wholeness.

Sacred Activism: Love in Action
Susan Duesbery  /  Integrative Life Coach
In these challenging and strife-ridden times it is easy to see the world as cruel and ugly. We badly want to ameliorate the suffering of the world yet often feel like our actions don't have much affect. Yet, to be an activist and to work for social justice is necessary and right. However, to really have a powerful impact on the suffering we see all around us it is important to be a force of love in each and every arena of our lives. Participants will learn to be a sacred activist who combine the heart-centered focus of the mystic with the action-oriented mission of the activist. Participants will see how sacred activism invites us to act from a place of love for the good of humanity.
