Hand balancing is a super fun part of your yoga practice, building strength, confidence and mindbody connection. Mastering the essentials - working technique and mobility - takes your practice to the next level. With strong foundations, you can experiment with arm balance transitions and getting upside down effectively.
The workshop will be challenging but within a playful and inclusive learning environment. Sophia will keep you inspired and motivated by incorporating a variety of teaching methods to empower you. There will be Yin postures, partner work and lots of tips and tricks to take away.
