UVA Travel and Expense Program Update: January 2020

T&E Cardholder Annual Training is required for all cardholders during the month of February

All cardholders will receive an email with a link to cardholder training on Friday, January 31 with the exception of student cardholders and new cardholders who have received cards since November 1, 2019. Training must be completed by February 29.

Search by Price Feature Added to TravelUVA/ Concur

When making a reservation through the TravelUVA/ Concur online booking tool, users now have the option of selecting Search by Price before searching for travel itineraries.

ExpenseUVA Helpful Tips and Updates

ExpenseUVA Tips and Tricks Document is available which we hope you will find useful.

Tracking Expense Reports Job Aid is available. This will help users determine where an expense report is in the routing process.
