FCLNY's Book Club resumes in NYS Region 2 (Rochester)! We encourage you to read and come discuss with us: Charles Camosy's Beyond the Abortion Wars.
Camosy gives a thorough summary of the state of abortion politics in the US and outlines in the last chapter his own proposed abortion law. The discussion will critique his proposal and seek to develop a concrete piece of legislation worthy of support.
Date of discussion: May 28th 7-9pm.
If you are interested in starting an FCLNY Book Club in your area, please let us know. We can provide you with a list of excellent books on pro-life feminism and/or the consistent life ethic, including
Subverted
, by Sue Ellen Browder, and
The Abolition of Woman
, by Fiorella Nash, in addition to other resources.
