Construction continues on 14th Avenue, despite unseasonably cold weather.
Water main and storm sewer installation are anticipated to be complete today, April 6.
Next steps include p
avement removal and street replacement; however, the contractor will not remove the existing road until weather conditions improve enough to be able to place new street.
If the weather improves enough, pavement removal and new pavement preparation east of 39th St could begin during the week of April 16.
During pavement placement, unfinished areas west of 39th St will be also prepped for replacement.
