Around the Silo: Second Community Forum Recap

"I'm glad you all are setting such an example for my daughters about what community is all about. Thank you." Our March 31st Community Forum drew over 120 participants to create an open dialogue about the farm as it enters its third year and to collect feedback and input from community members.

Welcome Julie Slovic to our Board

Julie Slovic, Food Program Administrator of the Franklin Community Center Food Pantry, joins as the newest member of the Pitney Meadows Community Farm Board of Directors .
Driven by compassion and empathy Julie has developed and managed Franklin Community Center’s Food Pantry since its reopening in 2015. 


Volunteer Orientation and Meet & Greet

We have been so thrilled to see so many new volunteers stepping forward and so many returning! We have a variety of roles to fill including events, fundraising, farm, Community Gardens, produce donation deliveries, and more! Please join us on May 1st for our upcoming orientation to learn more and to meet the Pitney Meadows team and other volunteers.
Pick Your Own CSA

There is still time to join our Pick Your Own CSA ! For 18 weeks, from July through October, at only $25/week, you'll enjoy harvesting your very own share of the freshest possible vegetables while getting outside, getting dirty, and getting involved in our community. Sign up today!
