We are excited to announce an increase in total resident student enrollment in the Mequon-Thiensville School District for the 2018-19 school year. As of September 21, 2018, 3,658 total resident students attend one of our schools—an increase of 76 students from the 2017-18 school year.
MTSD Receives Second Security Grant
We are pleased to share the news that MTSD was awarded a second security grant by the Wisconsin Department of Justice worth $214,699. A successful first-round security grant submission in spring of 2018 totaled $136,441. In all, we have secured over $351,000 through the DOJ Grant program.
Developing the 2019-20 Calendar
The process of developing the district’s 2019-20 school year calendar was facilitated by a committee that analyzed different elements and put the pieces of the complex puzzle together to develop two calendar options. Parents and staff members: you will have the opportunity to share your preference of the two options via an online poll.

Check your email for an opportunity to share your preference later this week!
