Eagles in three sports dominate postseason play
Reinhardt University athletics experienced three firsts last week: back-to-back men's lacrosse national championships, a bid to the NAIA World Series and the Men's Tennis team is headed to the NAIA National Semifinals for the first time in Reinhardt history.

Men's Lacrosse earns back-to-back national championships
The Eagles battled on the field May 12 and delivered a second NAIA National Championship win in overtime. Freshman Dillan Bousquet found the back of the net just 56 seconds in to overtime to complete yet another comeback for Reinhardt in the 2018 NAIA Men's Lacrosse National Invitational to earn the Eagles back-to-back national titles, 8-7, over previously unbeaten and No.1-ranked Madonna (Mich.) Recent graduate Fabio Pereira served up the match-winning point Friday, sending the Reinhardt University Men's Tennis team to the NAIA National Semifinals - the final four teams competing for the national championship - for the first time in University history. Reinhardt University rankings continue to climb

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) national office has revealed the 2018 Men's Lacrosse, All-America Teams, and Conner Mills (First Team) and Kevin Barry (Second Team) from Reinhardt found themselves recognized for their performance on the field this season.

The NAIA Men's Lacrosse All-America Teams are chosen by the NAIA-MLCA Executive Committee, as well as four coaches, which are selected by the committee prior to the start of the season. ... Read More
