WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

AGC MA Diversity and Inclusion Committee - Su rvey

What does it take to build Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and which leading practices are actually being adopted by companies in Massachusetts? In order to understand where the  construction community stands currently with regard to D&I, and to be able to measure progress that they expect to make in expanding inclusivity within our industry, the AGC MA Diversity and Inclusion Committee created a  survey to conduct research into these issues in member firms.

In the coming weeks, Constructor members will receive the online questionnaire from AGC MA about how they approach D&I within their organization. Your survey responses will help aid the creation of resources, tools and education that we can all benefit from. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and your individual responses will be kept confidential and anonymous.

Organizations that participate will gain full access to the results and subsequent report created by the committee anticipated for release late summer 2019.

For questions on the survey or more information on joining the AGC MA Diversity and Inclusion Committee  - contact Emily Sheedy
