"Care Coordination in a Changing Environment"
We were thrilled to have over 65 people attend our January Networking Luncheon. Our topic was "Care Coordination in a Changing Healthcare Environment".
Attendees learned about care coordination simulation, various care models and tools and resources to help them navigate. Heather Hilbert from Lowell General Hospital also gave a quick update on WellConnected, an online resource platform that will soon be rolled out to the Merrimack Valley.

Emotional Well being Brainstorming Session
The Education Working Group of the Mental Health Task Force hosted a brainstorming session on January 23rd to come up with ideas for a new media campaign around Emotional Health and Wellness. GLHA member agencies that attended included the Center for Hope and Healing, Lowell Health Department, Lowell Community Health Center, Tewksbury Police Department, Samaritans of the Merrimack Valley, Anne Sullivan, MSPCC/Eliot and South Bay Community Services. The group spent nearly two hours suggesting thoughts around the campaign themes, demographics, and modes of dissemination. More to come!
