As the number of newcomers and international visitors to Newfoundland and Labrador continues to grow year over year, businesses both large and small are increasingly gaining a competitive edge by cultivating diversity-friendly workplaces. Is yours among them?

Join the Association for New Canadians in Rocky Harbour as we host a series of Business Roundtables across the province. Focusing on lessons learned in the tourism and natural resource industries, these sessions will share current best practices in diversity and inclusion while also exploring how they can be used to retain new staff and deliver world-class customer service. Sessions are open to small-business owners, managers, human resource practitioners, business-minded non-profits, and interested members of the public. There is no cost to participate, but space is limited so register soon. A light lunch will be served.
