Weekly e-Nouncements
Patrice E. Bickford
1957-2018

This week St. Bernards Church and the Bickford family has been mourning the passing of long time parishioner Pat Bickford who died, September 24, from cancer. We ask your prayers for her husband Mike, daughter Kerry, and stepson James, who have been a steadfast team supporting Pat as she went through treatment for pancreatic cancer. Pat did well in treatment until experiencing a major setback last week.

Over the years, Pat was a dedicated volunteer at St. Bernard's, with Girl Scouts, and the Feeding America Backpack Program at the county food bank. She loved her family and was a true friend, delighting all with her culinary skills and unparalleled baking. We wish we had many more years with Pat. May her memory be a blessing to us all.

A wake will be held on Friday, Sept. 28, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home,
101 S. Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920, 908-766-0250.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bernard's Episcopal Church,
88 Claremont Road, Bernardsville, NJ 07924.
Join us as we give thanks for Pat's life and mourn her death.
Family will attend a brief graveside service immediately follow the funeral.

All are invited to lunch and to share memories of Pat on Saturday, Sept. 29, at 11:30 am at Vine , 95 Morristown Road, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920, 908-221-0017.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory can be made to:
