Display Week's New Hotel Promotion Program

Do you need a temporary headquarters for your company during Display Week 2019 in San Jose? Would you like Display Week to help promote the location of your hotel suite, meeting space, or hospitality lounge? With our new hotel promotion program, you can conduct business in your own private suite, meeting space, or hospitality lounge under the umbrella of the official Display Week program, gaining visibility and prestige for your company as a result.

Here's how the promotional program works:
  1. Secure your suite, meeting space, or hospitality lounge at a Display Week-approved hotel using Par Avion. (You are responsible for all fees for rooms, food, and beverages).
  2. We promote the location, dates, and times that you wish to host Display Week participants as follows:
    • On the Display Week official website
    • In a pre-show eblast sent to all registered attendees two weeks before the show
    • In the printed Display Week Exhibit and Product Guide distributed at the show to all participants
    • In the official Display Week Mobile App
    • On a meter board sign located in the registration area
For pricing information and to find out more about the program, contact Jim Buckley or Sue Chung.

Sneak Peek at New Programs for Display Week 2019

People's Choice Awards:  Display Week is rolling out an exciting new show awards program in 2019 that will allow attendees and exhibitors to vote for their favorite exhibits and products on the show floor. Voting will take place through a survey in the DW 2019 mobile app. Exhibitors will be responsible for nominating themselves and their products for this program prior to the show. We'll provide more details on how you can opt in to the People's Choice Awards next month.

Automotive Track:  Displays for automotive applications are among the hottest topics at Display Week in recent years. As a result, SID is going to offer attendees the option of signing up for a designated track that will include automotive display programming only, including a special lunch with a talk from a top automotive manufacturer.   This new program is sure to attract more car and car-display related companies than ever. Get ready to meet them on the show floor.

Exhibit Hall Networking Event on Tuesday Night:  We're really looking forward to the new exhibit hall party on the Display Week show floor from 5 to 6:30 pm on May 14. Attendees and exhibitors alike can mingle on the show floor with complimentary beer, wine, and soft drinks.

Important Visa Information for Exhibitors

If you will be attending Display Week from a country outside the United States and will require a visa invitation letter from SID, please be sure to review this General Visa Information as soon as possible. SID asks that requests for letters be filed three months prior to the show. Separate visa instructions for Chinese Nationals are here

Soar with a Sponsorship

Take your Display Week 2019 exhibition to the next level with a sponsorship such as the column wraps featured at left.

We also have two high-profile sponsorships left -- our Women in Tech Forum and CEO Panel. These relatively new events attract a lot of attendees and represent SID's new emphasis on incorporating business themes into the technical conference. For these and other sponsorship and promotion opportunities, see our sponsorship gallery or contact Jim Buckley or Sue Chung.

Reserve Housing Now for the Best Deals and Options

Visit the Display Week housing page now to get the best selection on rooms at the show. Please be aware that Par Avion is the only official housing bureau for Display Week 2019. Reservations made through any other housing services company will not be guaranteed by SID and could result in hidden charges, unusual restrictions, loss of deposits, fraud, or incorrect hotel placement for Display Week attendees.
