Robert Eastburn Irwin, 77 years of age, passed away Friday March 9, 2018, in Ravenna, Ohio.   Born in Wadsworth, Ohio, on October 10, 1940, he was the son of the late Linford E. and Freda M. (Lange) Irwin.

Bob grew up in Wadsworth, and was a graduate of Wadsworth High School. He was the purchasing agent for the Hattie Larlham Center for many years.   He lived a full life surrounded by people who loved him.   His laugh would light up any room and he always found joy in simple things.   He will also be remembered for spending time with those he knew. 

He is survived by his daughter, Chastity Irwin (Scott) Register and their children Jessica, and Christopher of Dayton, Ohio;  sister N.J. (Richard) Metcalf and their children  Kristin, Kim and Nicole of Dallas, Texas;  brothers, Peter (Kathy) Irwin of Durham, N.C., Walt (Linda) Irwin and children Sheli and Ryan of Seville, Ohio, and David (Melanie) Irwin and children Michael, Elizabeth and Daniel.   Robert is also survived by his longtime friend Jody Perrine of Hiram, and her children including Jayden who affectionally called him grandpa Bob.
