Description: Race, racism, and anti-Blackness continue to plague our schools and workplace settings. The accumulation of race-related stress is certain to harm our mind-body connection. Survival requires that we acknowledge that reality, while also developing plans for resisting racism.
My POC (people of color) Colleagues Are Not OK: What to Do?

Description: Allyship can be a challenging experience. More often than not, people worry about making mistakes, so they may not act. Yet, action is required to be an ally. Let's identify a few strategies to allyship, while also learning what to do when missteps occur.
National Preparedness Month is recognized each September to promote family and community disaster planning now and throughout the year. During COVID-19, there is no better time to be involved than now: "Disasters Don’t Wait. Make Your Plan Today."



Talk to your kids about preparing for emergencies and what to do in case you are separated. Reassure them by providing information about how they can get involved.
