FACING A CHALLENGE FINDING SOFTWARE PROGRAMMERS?
Develop them through Code-to-Career, a fast-track pathway to build your own software workforce.
Idaho Technology Council has partnered with ApprenticeshipIdaho to register a new software programming apprenticeship program called Code-to-Career.

Interested candidates will attend a 12-week, immersive coding bootcamp at CodeWorks Boise . Near the end of the training, candidates will apply for the registered apprenticeship and those selected will start their full-time, paid apprenticeship with In Time Tec . The apprentice advances their career with wage increases as they build stronger competency during six months of on-the-job training.

For more information on Code-to-Career or to become an employer sponsor of the software programming apprenticeship program, email Alisa Bondurant, Code-to-Career Program Manager here .
Dan Puga and Rob Tuft of In Time Tec accept the U.S. Certificate of Registration for the state's first registered apprenticeship in software programming.
