SWACCA Supports GROW Act

The GROW Act, which would amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to authorize a new composite multiemployer pension plan design, is being supported by the Signatory Wall and Ceiling Contractors Alliance (SWACCA). SWACCA is a national organization, comprised solely of union contractors in the wall and ceiling industry, of which DISCA is a member. The GROW Act is co-sponsored by Cong. Donald Norcross (NJ - 1st District) and Frank Pallone (NJ - 6th District), and would provide more flexibility to current pension plan designs.
