"Our new FaBsafe food safety training certificate opens a door to students to pursue a job or career in food or beverage production," said Shelley Jurewicz, Executive Director of FaB Wisconsin. "It's a strategic solution generated by the industry." 

With unemployment at historic lows (2.9%) and the tightening labor and talent pool, the Secretary shared his list of best practices for employers. The secretary's bottom-line message: "We're only as good as our interaction with you, our employers."
