Spotlight on Business: Georgina Rent-All
Georgina Rent-All is an equipment rental and small engine repair shop located in Keswick. They offer a wide variety of small, medium, and large equipment for rent at daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Georgina Rent-All has been serving Georgina and its surrounding areas since 2005, and the new owners (as of February 2018) , Matt and Candace Parlette look forward helping you with your rental needs.
Candace believes that there is a lot of potential in Georgina for new businesses. With the growing population and demand from new residents, there are business gaps and opportunities that have not been met by the community at this moment. Rental equipment is a niche her husband and her have filled successfully.
The best thing about owning your own company is "meeting our customers! We enjoy hearing about projects our customers are working on and then seeing the finished product" says Candace. Did you know that Georgina Rent-All also offers their clients chainsaw sharpening, small engine repair, workshops and rental of the SnowDog for ice fishing, trail riding, hunting and much more.
Georgina Rent All is geared to grow over the next years and expand their fleet. "Our goal is to be your one-stop equipment rental outlet by providing you with the all the tools and supplies necessary for you to succeed in your job" confirms Candace.
Aside from owning a local business, Candace and Matt also give back to the community in a variety of ways; including volunteering at the Georgina Arts Centre and Gallery, Canadian Cancer Society, Clear Water Farms and many other organizations within York Region.

BUSINESS & MARKETING TIPS
|
One of the mistakes we make when we're building a business and communicating our value is to only create for the thinking customer and his rational mind. Messages that resonate deeply connect with people's feelings. Beloved brands and successful businesses appeal to their customers' hearts, not just their heads. Wants and needs. Dreams and requirements. Desires and demands. Apple resonated by using design. Starbucks did it with rituals. Airbnb leveraged belonging.
We don't just persuade people to act. We move them to act.
How are you serving wants as well as needs?
