Padraig's Place Ski Race Benefit - Registration NOW Open
Padraig's Place is hosting the 11th Annual Ski Race Benefit on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Buck Hill. Skiers and non-skiers are welcome to join in for a fun evening of ski racing, and a chance to honor Padraig's Place participants, donors and supporters.
Race info is as follows:
Racer Check in: 3:30 PM - Buck Hill Event Center
Course Inspection: 5:00
Race Start: 5:30
Apres Ski Party to Follow Race
Registration is now open online on the Ski Challenge website.
Space is limited to 12 teams for this event, so get your registration soon!

13th Annual Courage Kenny Cup benefit ski race for Courage Kenny Ski & Snowboard Program
Saturday, February 2, 2019
Come ski your heart out at the Courage Kenny Cup 13th annual benefit ski race for Courage Kenny Ski and Snowboard at the Trollhaugen Ski Area in Dresser, WI. Sign up as a team of three or as an individual and you will be added to a team. Registration takes place between 9am and noon. The Fun Race is at 10:30am and the Competition Race is at
1:30pm. Walk In Registration welcome for the Competition Class race at 1:30 pm only

Schedule Changes
There are some schedule and venue changes to note for the regular league season. Please make sure your calendars are updated!
BUCK HILL SUNDAY AM
No Racing on Sunday, February 10
Week 6 will resume on February 17
Week 7 will be Sunday, February 24
(Buck Hill Sunday PM will still be held on Sunday, February 10 with week 7 being held on February 17)
WILD MOUNTAIN ALL SUNDAY LEAGUES
No Racing on Sunday, January 27
Week 4 will resume on February 3
Week 7 will be held on February 24

NO ROSTER CHANGES AFTER WEEK 5*
There are no roster changes allowed after Week 5. Your week 5 roster is the roster that will be used to determine your Division placement for Championships at Giants Ridge.
If you have an open spot, you can still fill it after week 5**, but that person will not be allowed to compete for your team at Giants Ridge. If you have an injured person on your roster that will not be able to compete at Giants Ridge, you need to replace that person with someone who will be able to get at least one race in by week 5**. Otherwise, please notify the Ski Challenge office prior to February 8 that the injured person will not be participating at Giants Ridge.
**Divisions for Championships will be figured on Friday, February 8. What this means is they will be determined based on Wild Mountain Sunday Week 4 due to missing January 27. All rosters for Wild Mountain Sunday leagues need to be finalized by their week 4 (February 3)

Cold Weather
Yes, we know it's cold. It's Winter in Minnesota and we are all participating in a Winter sport.
Ski Challenge rarely cancels races due to cold weather. The Winter is short and we don't have any time to make up a missed race. As a participant, you are not required to attend every race.
Just remember, it could be 45 degrees and rainy next week which makes for some terrible race conditions. At least with the cold weather, we are very sure the snow conditions will be great!

Championships are Friday - Sunday, March 1, 2, 3.
Practice Clinic and Ski Challenge Open Team Race will be on Friday.Team racing will be held on Saturday and Sunday. King & Queen of the Hel will be on Saturday.

Online registration and online pay is closed for the regular season. You can still sign up and pay at the hill.
