LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR
CENTRAL CIVIL WEST WILL RELOCATE TO HISTORIC SPRING STREET COURTHOUSE (OLD FEDERAL COURTHOUSE)
On April 16, 2018, the complex civil litigation courtrooms located at CCW Courthouse and some civil courtrooms, from Stanley Mosk, will relocate to 312 N. Spring Street (Old Federal Courthouse) - hearings to begin April 16.
Business hours for the Spring Street Courthouse are Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, excluding court-observed holidays.

KERN SUPERIOR
MANDATORY eFILING FOR LIMITED CIVIL CASES, INCLUDING UNLAWFUL DETAINERS
Effective April 2, 2018, Kern Superior Court will require mandatory eFiling for all represented parties to Limited Civil case types, including Unlawful Detainers.
Self-represented parties are not required to eFile but are encouraged.

VENTURA SUPERIOR
NO LONGER ACCEPTS FAX FILINGS
Effective March 15, 2018, Ventura Superior Court began an eDelivery program (this is not eFiling) replacing their acceptance of fax filing for case types - Civil, Small Claims, Family Law and Probate.
Of course, DDS Legal will continue to file over-the-counter as requested, and when eFiling is live you may eFile through the DDS Legal Certified eFiling Portal.
Until then, you may choose to use the new eDelivery program, but understand the new system has limits:
Not all documents can be filed this way.
Some documents will not receive a conformed copy.
For documents, not allowed:
You must sign up for eDelivery, through Journal Technology.

FRIDAY, MARCH 30
Friday, March 30, 2018, Superior courts will be closed observing Cesar Chavez Day. Federal courts will be open. DDS Legal will be open. If your office is closed, please notify your daily route representative, so we don't attempt to access your closed office.
