Education Foundation, Office Depot Organize Largest Campus Beautification Project in District History
The largest school beautification project in District history took place last week at Pine Grove Elementary School. More than 500 volunteers took part in the project. Office Depot and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County were partners to revitalize the school.
District Celebrates Volunteer and Business Partners During Annual Breakfast
The School District of Palm Beach County recently honored its 40,000 volunteers and 1,200 business partners for their extraordinary support of students, teachers and schools. The annual Volunteers and Business Partners Awards Breakfast was held at the Kravis Center.

Carver Middle School Hosts Mock Trial
In celebration of "Law Week", 7th grade students at Carver Middle School hosted a mock trial that was presided over by actual judges, lawyers and other courtroom staff from the City of Delray Beach.
Chick-fil-A Celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week with Cow Visits, Free Entree Coupons
In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, elementary and middle school teachers, students and staff will each receive a coupon for a free Chick-fil-A sandwich or 8-piece nuggets that they can redeem at their local restaurant. Their famous cow will also be visiting Roosevelt, Verde and Elbridge Gale Elementary schools this week to greet the children.

Chick-fil-A will be hosting a high school giveaway in the fall where students, teachers and staff in those schools will receive a free entree coupon for back to school.

Because of their long-standing commitment as a business partner of the School District of Palm Beach County, Chick-fil-A was just inducted into the District's Business Partner Hall of Fame.
